What is the ITS Service Desk?At the ITS Service Desk, we provide support for everything you see listed on our Services webpage, things like software, malware and virus removal, network and wifi access, printing, and even the strange or unexplained things that happen on your laptop or smart phone. In addition to the information available here on our website, we also maintain this Knowledge Base containing articles on a variety of subjects, many of which include step-by-step instructions. If you have a technology-related need or question and you're not sure where to start, we're the place. |
What is the ITS Tech Bar?The Tech Bar is thing and a place for students, faculty and staff development of digital skills and competencies. We have both student workers and full time staff to help anyone who needs it with things like learning to use Google, creating a website, learning to make a video or do a screencast, create digital maps, learn spreadsheets, data security or really anything in the digital world. Any student, faculty or staff member can either walk-in or make an appointment. Additionally we run the Tech Bar Studio where you can book a time to use the equipment. There are several stations listed below that allow for educators and students to take their virtual learning and produce a higher quality version of it; however, it is not space purely for coursework, it can be used for other things too.
